Folks we finished our final shoot of the year in Cedar City Utah, and I'm here to say, If you didn't make this shoot this year make sure you put the 4Th weekend in May on your calender. The facility we have to shoot in is AWESOME!!!!! The folks of Cedar were more than accommodating, and after seeing the shoot in action, They have already scheduled and started planning next years shoot.

So if you didn't make the shoot because of lack of notice, we apologise! And to Accurate Archery, and Knocks Archery HATS OFF to you and your support and help with getting folks out!!! These 2 shops completely single handidly filled the lines!!!!!

There Ended up to be a few spots still open so Myself and Zane Ellis filled the spots, It ended with MR. Jeremy Johnson of Pleasant Grove Utah landing the #1 spot and $500.00 with Myself in 2ND and $300.00 Lance Foster of Cedar City in 3rd with $200.00 and Mr Zane Ellis of Richfield Utah in 4Th with $100.00 Zane is also a Humphries Archery employee, so the $400.00 dollars won on our behalf was turned back into the shoot for next years pot!!! ISE Salt Lake City Final Results

Sorry folks it has taken so long to get the results posted, I ended up sick after the show..... Anyway thank you to all that came out and participated. Salt Lake City was awesome and the shoot was great!!! Our longest shot was 37 yards and the closest about 22. The bracket board was full by the second day and made it interesting for those who were trying to secure one of the last 10 seats.
And for those of you from Colorado you can thank your fellow Archer John Sarkisian from Colorado Springs for taking home the title TOP DOG and Best In The West!!! and laid claim to the 2010 ISE tour. John shot a PERFECT round in one of his qualifiers to score a 60 going on to place the highest qualifying score of 110 out of 120 no one could touch his score.

Therefore Mr Sarkisian took home the TOP DOG and laid claim to the 2010 ISE best shooter on the tour for Colorado. Congratulations!!!!!!!!
Their were plenty of shooters who very well could have been in these four positions, but due to a dropped arrows or a missed target, these four prevailed. Jace Sagers of American Fork Utah was on his game and took home the $500.00 1st place prize, And Mr. John Sarkisian of Colorado Springs took home the 2nd place money of $300.00. Mr Judd Olsen of Far West, Utah put his hands on the $200.00 for 3rd place, and Dustin Pyper of West Jordan was able to take home the 4th place money of $100.00. Isnt it interesting to see 4 totally new winners at this shoot, it's awesome to see all of you here and witness all new people and winners at all the shoots. For those of you who come and shoot all the shoots, Your time is near my friend........
Ladies I need not say anymore....... Your Awesome and thank you for your participation, you add such grace and beauty to our sport, I know it takes a lot of nerve to stand out there and shoot in front of a crowd, but you do it with such ease, thanks for your participation. Next year let's rally the ladies and get enough to put some money with those trophies....

And for the results of our Ladies; Mrs. Heidi Mitchell of American Fork took a hold of the Ladies TOP DOG award with an astonishing 102, placing her in the Pro speed in the money round. She made it to the shoot off for the top 8 before she fell behind and missed a target to only lose to her opponent by 4 points. Jodi Bates of Lehi shot an awesome round in the shoot off and took a hold of the first place ladies wrophy, Micki Oliver of Saratoga Springs held nothing back and shot really good to take home the second place trophy, With Katie D of Vernal ,Utah being able to lay claim to our 3rd place ladies trophy. Again 3 new winners for our ladies.......

Again THANK YOU for all of your participation, and thanks to our sponsors, HOYT, MATHEWS, SPOT HOGG, GOLD TIP, ASAT camouflage, RHINEHART targets, BOWTECH, HUMPHRIES TAXIDERMY, HUMPHRIES ARCHERY, HUMPHRIES INC.......... And thank you to our FATHER above for the freedom of our country and the life we are able to live..........
PS.. Watch for our you tube video of the shoot coming soooooooooon!!!!

Final Results ISE Phoenix

Well Sundays shoot off was rather interesting I think we would all agree, Due to the fact we cleared the board in 30 min. We didn't realise we were going to be held to a time schedule, and due to the fact we waited for most of the shooters to get there from the other shoot. And the fact our booth was in the way for vendors to get in and out of the show. Next year we will have to be on the spot I guess. Anyway we at Humphries Archery and the ISE would like to say we are sorry for the rush job at the end, and tell you all thank you for coming. The ISE pop up shoot was successful because of your participation, thank you to those of you that came from great distances to represent your states. And thank you to Ross Outdoors and the ABA for your support and helping the shooters get the info on the shoot. The Phoenix ISE shoot was one of the greatest set ups yet allowing shooters to shoot out almost to 40 yds, For us Utah folks the view of the sun for a couple of days was great. And to the Ladies of Arizona thank you for coming out and participating int this wonderful event, maybe next year we will have enough to put some money with those trophies. As for the shoot off the results were as followed.Joanna Johnson from Utah claimed the shoot for the ladies, buy posting a 95 qualifying score and then running two practice rounds back to back to post a 108, Joanna went on to shoot in the money class, but not without claiming the high ladies score, and takes the title of TOP DOG which will be a new Trophy Class for both the open (money) class and Ladies class for Highest Qualifying Scores posted, In which the shooter will Claim the Shoot for his or her STATE.
John Sarkisian Jr. (second from Left) of Colorado claimed the Phoenix shoot by posting the highest Qualifying score of 110 therefore giving Colorado the Title of best shooter represented at the Phoenix shoot.

Left to right Micah Sons winning the ladies 1st place trophy, Sandra Maynard laid her hands on the 2nd place trophy, while Nichole Fischer took home the 3rd place trophy all Arizona ladies, way to go.

left to right.Kari Jean Edelen, Micah Sons, Sandra Maynard, Nichole Fischer, Joanna Johnson, Jodi Wuefele, and Keri Acosta Thanks again ladies your AWESOME......

And the Money class comes Down to (left to right) Chance Platt of Utah laying his hands on the $500.00 1st place prize and trophy, Brian Rimsza of Arizona taking hold of the $300.00 2ND place prize and trophy, Pete Thomas of Arizona found the sweet spot on the board and made his way to the top to claim $200.00 and the trophy, While Adam Taylor of Utah was able to take home the $100.00 4Th place prize.
Again Thank you to all of you who participated and made this a success, we will be back again next year. And for those of you wanting to come to Utah and lay claim to this shoot the show is March 18, 19, 20,and 21st NOTE TO SELF THE SHOOT OFF WILL BE HELD SATURDAY 20TH at 3 PM!!!!! NOT SUNDAY..........
So Utah Claimed Colorado, Colorado claimed Arizona WHO WILL CLAIM UTAH???? Will Colorado or Utah be able to lay claim to the ISE tour of 2010 or will Arizona show up to take what was rightfully theirs last month?
PS watch for the Video of Arizona coming soon to YouTube......

Saturdays standings

So Saturday's shoot results remain with the state of Colorado still holding firm to the top of the board, although Arizona had a winning chance to take a hold of the board. Arizona shooter Tony Lerma posted a 58 out of 60 on his first round but couldn't quite hold it through the next round and ended up not getting an arrow off on the running mule deer and fell 10 points short of the high score to claim the board. The Utahans showed up today and took a stab at the board but fell short of the 110 that Colorado shooter John Sarkisian has posted to claim the board. Arizona shooter Brady Dupke claimed the Second place seat with a 104 followed by Utah Shooter Chance Platt with 104 with one less 12 than Brady. As for the Ladies Utah shooter Joanna Johnson spared no mercy by posting the high score of 95 to take over the board from Arizona shooter Jodi Wuefele with her 75 posed on Friday, followed by AZ shooter Micah Sons 72. Results For Denver's Ise archery shoot

The Denver ISE show was awesome, thanks to all those archers that participated. Special thanks to Bill with The Archery Hut and Phil with No Limits Archery for helping us get the word out.

Thanks to Cory B and Katie H for coming and participating at the shoot. Katie and Cory ended up shooting off for first and second place for the women, Katie shot the advanced speed and posted a score of 84 and Cory shot in the qualifying speed and place a score of 87. Cory was our first place winner in the women's bracket. Katie went on to shoot in the money class as one of the 32 shooters. Our shoot off for our money class was really competitive and we had some great shooters! The outcome of the shoot was unexpected as always, Adam Taylor of Utah posted the highest qualifying score over the three days of qualifying with 112 out of a 120 possible. Adam took home the Top Dog Award and the gift certificate from Badlands Packs. But however when it came to the shoot off, Adam unfortunately dropped an arrow from his quiver which scored as a "0" and missed one of the animals in his round. We saw several Factory shooters who also placed some great scores during the course of a few days of shooting. However when it came down to it, 4 shooters kept their game faces on to go on to the top 4 shooters.

Rafael Mendoza from the Denver area, prevailed from the Pro speed and beat all his competitors to come out as our #1 shooter, Jason Barnes and Mathews Staff shooter Tipton Cook tied for 2nd place, however Jason had shot one more 12 in the round over Tipton to win the 2nd place seat, placing tipton in our 3rd spot. Joe Aldretti pulled the bow out of the closet and threw it together and ended up in our 4th place seat.

Again Thanks to all who participated and help make the Ise Denver shoot a success, Special thanks to the International Sportmen's Expo for bringing us along on there 2010 tour, And our Sponsors, Mathews, Hoyt, Asat Camo, Gold Tip arrows, Spothogg, Humphries Taxidermy, Humphries Inc, GrimReaper Broad heads and Rinehart Targets, And also Home Depot for the use of the Plywood. Thank You again for your sponsors and participation of this great sport.....

See you all in Phoenix......
